Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on www.sarangithestore.com.


1. Physical Products

(Silver jewellery, silver idols, and other tangible goods)

Returns & Exchanges

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item has been supplied

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or sizing issues.

To initiate a request, please email store@sarangithestore.com with order details and supporting photographs, where applicable.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service
  • Sarangi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt

Store Credit

  • No cash refunds will be issued
  • Approved cases will be issued as store credit of equivalent value
  • Store credit can be used against any eligible product on www.sarangithestore.com
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue (you can adjust this if needed)

2. Digital Products

(Digital artworks, downloadable files, or non-physical products)

No Returns, Cancellations or Refunds

All digital products are final and non-returnable.

Once a purchase is completed, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted, regardless of whether the file has been downloaded or accessed.


Exceptions

If a digital file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible due to an error on our side, we will provide:

  • A corrected file, or
  • Re-delivery of the product

3. Cancellations

Physical Products

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number is generated, cancellation is not possible.

In such cases, customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the Returns policy above.


Digital Products

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once placed.


Cancellation requests must be sent to store@sarangithestore.com.


4. Refunds

Refunds are not offered for any product category.

All approved cases are handled through exchange or store credit, as outlined above.
