Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through www.sarangithestore.com.

1. Physical Products

Returns and Exchanges

Return, replacement or exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging, together with the invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns, replacements or exchanges will be accepted when:

• The product is damaged or defective

• An incorrect product has been supplied

• The product materially differs from its description or agreed specifications

Returns are not accepted merely for change of mind, personal preference or sizing issues where the relevant dimensions were clearly provided before purchase.

Custom-made, personalised, altered or specially commissioned products cannot be returned or cancelled after production has commenced, except where they are damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the agreed specifications.

To make a request, email store@sarangithestore.com with your order details and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

Return Shipping

For an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed product, Sarangi will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

For any other return accepted at our discretion, return shipping will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

All returned items are subject to inspection.

Resolution

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, an approved claim may be resolved through:

• Replacement

• Exchange

• Repair, where appropriate

• Store credit

• Refund to the original payment method

Where store credit is accepted by the customer, it will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Store credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

2. Digital Products

Digital artworks, downloadable files and other non-physical products are generally non-returnable and non-cancellable once access or download has been provided.

If a digital product is defective, corrupted, inaccessible or materially different from its description because of an error on our part, we will provide a corrected file or arrange re-delivery.

If we are unable to correct or deliver the purchased digital product within a reasonable period, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations

Physical Products

An order for a standard physical product may be cancelled before shipment by emailing store@sarangithestore.com.

Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been generated, cancellation might not be possible. The customer may still request a return where eligible under this policy.

Custom-made, personalised, altered or specially commissioned products cannot ordinarily be cancelled after production has commenced. However, please contact us promptly, and we will review the status of the order and advise whether cancellation is still possible.

If Sarangi cancels an order because of unavailability, a pricing error or another issue on our side, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Digital Products

Digital-product orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled after access or download has been provided.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. The time taken for the amount to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the product supplied was damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian law.
