Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email or other available communication channels. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not mean that the order has been finally accepted until payment is confirmed and the order is processed.

Silver products are shipped within India only, unless otherwise stated.

9. Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable artworks, are delivered electronically.
Once purchased, digital downloads cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital artworks are provided for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, uploaded for commercial resale, reproduced for commercial purposes, or used in products for sale without written permission from Sarangi, the Store.
The purchase of a digital product does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer.
10. Art Prints
Art prints may be offered as archival-quality physical prints or in other formats as mentioned on the relevant product page.
Print sizes, paper type, finish, framing options, delivery timelines and other details will be stated wherever applicable.
Slight colour variations may occur between screen previews and final printed output.
11. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Returns, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy.
Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-cancellable once purchased.
For damaged, defective or incorrect physical items, customers must contact us within the period stated in our policy with photographs, order details and packaging images where applicable.
We reserve the right to assess each request before approving a return, exchange, replacement or store credit.
12. Gift Packaging
Gift-ready packaging may be available on request for eligible products. Availability may vary by product size, type and shipping destination.
Gift packaging does not affect the return or exchange eligibility of the product, which will continue to be governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy.
