You can apply for a return or exchange within seven days after the product is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Enclosed the original packaging
Please note, your item is not eligible for replacement if:
- You had requested to make tassles (and separate the blouse piece)
- You had requested for falls stitching.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com requesting for exchange and send your item along with the invoice or proof of purchase to:
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once we approve the exchange, we will get personally in touch with you on our procedure to process the exchange.
You will be given equivalent store credit that you can use to buy products at Sarangi.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. After the shipment is made and you receive the waybill number, we'll not be able to cancel the order. You can apply for a return within seven days of delivery as explained in the Returns section above.
