Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of product delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • We only replace or exchange items that are defective, damaged, or otherwise eligible under this policy.

  • For returns or exchanges, please contact us at store@sarangithestore.com with your invoice or proof of purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance for returns.

  • Upon approval of a return or exchange, we will contact you with further instructions on the process.

Store Credit for Exchanges and Returns

  • For all returns or exchanges, including gold and silver articles, refunds will not be issued. Instead, approved returns will be credited as store credit of equivalent value.

  • Store credit can be used to purchase other products on www.sarangithestore.com.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

  • Once an order has shipped and a waybill number is provided, cancellation is not possible.

  • In such cases, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery to initiate exchange/store credit as per the Returns section.

  • Please send cancellation requests to store@sarangithestore.com.

Refunds

  • Refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances. All returns are subject to exchange or store credit only.
